1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • The product is damaged upon delivery.

    • The product is defective or not as described.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Time Frame

  • Customers must report any return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Returns

  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Method

  • Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as follows:

    • If eligible, you will receive a replacement product or a full refund in cash at the time of product pickup by our courier partner.

    • Refunds will not be issued via bank transfer, card, or digital payment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/accessories are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
