To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers must report any return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Method
Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as follows:
If eligible, you will receive a replacement product or a full refund in cash at the time of product pickup by our courier partner.
Refunds will not be issued via bank transfer, card, or digital payment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/accessories are not eligible for return.
Clearance or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
